Default Real World Flights - Mexicana 382.

In a weird twist of fate, my two "projects" of real flights and natural wonders cross-over, the real flights being performed using flightstats to define my next flight one hour after arriving and the natural wonders being taken from a book I bought some time back.

Join with me then as Mexicana 382 takes us from Panama City to Mexico City in an A321.

A tower employee gets a glimpse of our tail as he makes his way to the elevated car park at Tocumen International. An American Airlines flight has just pushed back from the gate and is about to taxi to the runway.

We were parked close to runway 03, so after a short taxi we get away at 1450h.

Clearance to turn en-route is granted shortly after take-off.

Crossing over the South end of The Panama Canal.

    Cruising high over Lake Nicaragua.

Looking West over The Sierra Madre del Sur range.

    Light bloom doing it's job.

A couple of shots as we descend past Popocatepetl (again!!)

I liked the look of the clouds in this one.

Nice flight Brian. That sounds like a fun route. I may try it sometime.
The pilot is bound only by his mind and his machine. We must expand the mind before we expand the machine, and by expanding the mind, we may expand the machine. Our mind is being expanded by the sim. It is not a game.
