Saitek Pro Flight Radio Panel. Installation problem

This is the first time I request assistance from a forum. I will be much appreciative of an experienced fellow simmer that is willing to help me to resolve the following installation problem that I have with a new Saitke Pro Flight Radio Panel.

After clicking: “Launch the flight sim 2004 plug-in”, the following message
comes up:
UNABLE TO CONNET TO FSUIPS.

I have tried to launch the above flight sim 2004 plug-in before, during and after running FS2004 with same negative results. Also, “Radio panel test page” does not work. Numbers flicker continuously.

Software installed:

Windows XP 32 bits
FS9 (2004)
FSUIPS Version 3.96 (Registered)
Saitek Driver: “Saitek_Pro_Flight_Panels_SD6_All_Software.exe” 32bits

Hardware installed:

GoFlight MCP advanced autopilot. (Works well).
Keyboard with FSUIPS key assignments, including NAV keys (works well). Also, have assigned some other keys with FS2004´s key assignments.

Problem solved. Loaded new Spad driver from:

http://fstools.weebly.com/index.html

Spad works great!!!!!!!

The problem I had was FSUIPC’s registration procedure.

Also I found out that Saitek’s radio panel and Goflight’s autopilot work well together.
