Cannot get DreamFleet aircraft to fly

Seems I am having extreme difficulty making the Dream Fleet products work. Initially I purchased the Archer III and it did not work with FS2004 (Ticket 3GTX6729135). I then purchased the Dakota for FSX two days ago and I get the same Garmin Error, "Reality XP Garmin GNS 430 Version 5.5.0.0 can't start the Reality XP Garmin Error 3524" and then FSX shuts down. I really like the look/function of these products but don't understand what is happening. I am running Windows 7. I don't see any mention of your products having any compatibility issues with Windows 7. Any ideas?

This is not the Dreamfleet support forum (that is elsewhere on this board), but the one question that springs to mind is, is your OS 64-bit? The Garmins supplied with Dreamfleet aircraft only work with 32 bit OSes.

Sorry to post my question here, will try to find the correct forum. However I am running 32 bit.
