Thread: Which should I get-rudder pedals or the Pro Flight Yoke?

  1. Default Which should I get-rudder pedals or the Pro Flight Yoke?

I have enough $$$ for only one, but not both at the same time. Right now I am using the Saitek AV8R joystick.

I would go for the pedals too.
They add something extra while the yoke 'merely' replaces functions you alreadhy have with the joystick. (IMO)

I would go for the Yoke if you have nothing esle as the Yoke helps to free up your hands from the keyboard. Saitek Yoke also comes with additional buttons and three control sliders like a real aircraft. Can be set for Thrust, Propellor or what ever, and even reverse thrust

You can get the Rudder next time, when you have a little bit of money. Start with one and keep adding.

I usually get bits from the family at Christmas or birthday. It helps when more than one puts in.

    Thanks for the suggestions all

I have bit the bullet (so to speak) and have gotten the pedals ordered.
