Apparently FRAPS hits X-Plane 9 just as hard as it hits FSX..... I usually stay below FL100 with the C172. But, the low level turbulence in the vicinity of the Wasatch Range (KSLC, Utah) was pretty wicked. I had to go up high (FL110) before I managed to trim the plane. In hindsight, I probably shouldn't have taken off.
