Angry flying B7378 and hating it

I have the wilco 737-300, 400, 500 and when i am flying with lnav activated it goes nuts and will not fly right or follow the yellow brick road to my airport of choice. I have updated the nav database and defrag the stupid hard drive and still this plane will not fly right. This does not happen on my pmdg 737 or 747.

any help form this wounderfull group will be very happly accepted.

have a great holiday and a blessed new year.

I would get into the manual and make sure you've set the FMC correctly... make sure there are no discontinuities in the route etc.

If in doubt, reinstall the plane and try again.

Red face fix the problem and now am back in the air

After i uninstalled the plane and got rid of all traces of it i reinstalled it and the updated nav database. The problem was the nav database was corrupted and I had to re download the database. With that said All is well and i am flying right.

Thank you and have a great holiday

Glad you got it sorted out, Denis. Before you posted your solution, I was wondering if you were allowing the ILS long enought to align itself.

I love this plane -- I like it even better than PMDGs NGs, if you can believe that. Not so much the FDE, as the panel itself. Hope you enjoy it!

    Best regards,

    Chuck B.
