Newcomer with some install questions??

Greetings! I'm not sure if this is where I should post this, but if not, please advise me what forum I should use.

I have a new computer:

Asus G60VX-RBBX05
CPU: Intel P7450 2.13 ghz 3MB L2 Cache
MEMORY: 4 GB PC-6400 Hyundai (2X2) at 800Mhz
HDD: 320gb 7200rpm HD
VIDEO CARD: NVIDIA GTX 260M 1GB
SCREEN: 16 inches LED at 1366 X 768

Running Windows7

I want to do a fresh install of FS2004 and then add-ons that I haven't downloaded yet. I saw Nick's Install instructions for FSX, but don't know if he has one for FS2004 too! If so, can you provide be a link?

I presume after I install FS2004, I should download the only update I could find (fs91upd.exe).

Then dowload the add-ons, like FS Genesis, Utlimate Terrain, etc. I'm kinda new at this and don't know what to download (landclass, mesh, textures, etc.) or in what order.

Can you give me some advise??? My main objective is to get the most realistic scenery possible for my computer.
