WOA FSX start up problem

Just recently I installed a few WOA but do not know what one caused the problem with double enteries.

Just went through the lot and corrected the entries in the aircraft configuration

I think that was the lot, may have been more. If you want my aircraft file with out the double entries let me know.

There is a WoA data file which many people do not transfer to their new computer when they move their AI.

Without that data file, the WoA Installer does not know which packages and repaints you have installed. Thus when applying an updated package, the Installer cannot remove the old repaints. It thus duplicates many repaints.

I also make it a point to use the "expert" mode to check what I have installed prior to installing anything new - especially an airline which has been "updated" - say from Summer of 07 to Summer of 08.

If it is an update (o8), I always remove the older version (07) first. I find that stops any duplicate "paint" names etc. which cause aircraft to be no-shows etc.
