Ack! How does one use FSUIPC?

I just registered my FSUIPC and now that people say you can customise it...how do you OPEN it? I tried to search for the topic but I couldn't find it. Any help? Thanks!

You have to re-start the sim, and then you should have the FSUIPC module visible in the menu bar.
