Byvthe way does any one know how you an see how many frame rates a seconds your getting, like in the screen shot at the top?

Shift + Z a couple times, my $299. mean machine isn't so mean right now, this is what I was flying on in that shot, and not sure if this slows it down more but it was drivin that signal into my 32" lcd TV, lot easier on my eyes than that 8.9" netbook screen
