FS 2002 2D panel view problem

Hi, everybody:

My former computer was a Pentium IV, 1.7 Ghz, 512 Mb RAM, Win XP Pro SP3
nVidia Geforce Ti 4400 128 Mb.

In it, I run both FS 2002 and FS 2004 fairly good.

Last month I bought a new system with these specs:

Intel Quad Q6600, 2.40 Ghz, 4 Gb RAM, Win XP Pro SP3
nVidia GeForce 9400GT 1024 Mb. Driver 190.38

Recently I installed FS 2002 and FS 2004

With a freshly installation (no tweaks, no addons), exceptly basic configuration into each FS, I don't have any problem in FS 2004.
But FS 2002 has problems to display 2D panel view. It doesn't have problem to display any other view. If I pause the sim, the panel view is OK. If I run FS again, the problems begin again.

Any idea about what is causing this problem, and haw can I correct it?

I updated nVidia driver to 190.64 and the problem almost disappear. Now I have only sporadic shuttering. I will try other cfg settings and display resolutions.
