Intro Music

How do I disable the intro music when I start up FSX? First couple times hearing it was o.k. now it's a pain.

Hi,

My FSX is not running right now, but on one of the options screens, there is a box that shuts this feature off.

Go to Settings/Sound. Uncheck the box "Play user interface music".

Click on the speaker icon at the top of your welcome screen and it gets a line thru it and stops playing

You can also change the music to other (and quite many) different kinds of music loops. I've found some really good that are much better then the default. I just get irritated by the default.

I can't really remember where you change it but it is somewhere in the options.
