Invisible Landing Gear on AI Aircraft

I've just loaded up a FS2000 aircraft, made the necessary alterations to get it to work with FS2002 and hey presto one nicely working A320.

However when I view it as an AI I've noticed the landing gear is missing! It's fine when I fly it. It works perfectly fine as an AI except for the missing landing gear.

Is there something I could do to the config/.air files to get the landing gear to appear when it is used as AI ?

The aircraft was made in FDSD. There is nothing you can do! AI aircraft need to be made in Gmax to have the landing gear working.

P.S. I f you want an A320 with landing gear, get it from PSS. http://www.phoenix-simulation.co.uk It is $25, but is a great aircraft and it is well worth the money!(landing gear will show up because it was made in gmax)

Yeah, but PSS is more complex, and I got 16fps with two of them at kennedy intl(traffic slider set to 1%)

Thanks for the info. Found an a320 skin I needed to (JMC). Looks like i'll have to learn the art of repainting, need a nice Iberworld a320 skin, but that's another topic altogether.

There's a whole range of aircraft that work, even on FS98. E-mail me on acro103010@aol.com and I'll send you a list. I'm adding to it all the time.

Also, search for Mike Bailey. He's writing aircraft like they're going out of fashion.

Oh ha ha ;), seriously though, I've got dozens now, slowly building up realistic AI traffic for Heathrow, Gatwick, Stanstead and Luton based on spotting archives, airline timetables and so on. Working out Singapore's Airlines timings was real fun !
