I recently had to reinstall my FS2004 onto my C drive. After that, my sim would lock up at the splash screen and go no further. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the config file, which seems to have cured the problem. However, I can't install the FS9 noCDcrack as the machine delivers a notice saying MSVCR70.dll is not present and needs to be installed. A review of the MS files shows the dll file to in fact be there, in plain sight. Also, I periodically still get a blue screen error referring to a PTNL list. Has anyone else encountered these problems?
