re Ariane studios

well i took all the helpful advice ( shame the thread lead to another subject) and still i have not reasolved the problem , yes Ariane studios were eventually good enough to send me an activation code , but it did not work , in view of the fact that i already have most of the popular add on planes available for fs2004 ,including boxed and downloaded products i cannot see that there is anything wrong with my pc or the following of Ariane studios download instructions which i have followed to the letter, ok its understandable but they assume that even their customers have bad intentions as time again they mention , piracy ,of all the years of flight simming this is the worst experience i have had with regard to simply purchasing downloading and activation a product, i purchased the tu134 on june 14th and still have nothing to show for it, its very frustating Ariane studios takes so long to answer and when they do , they blame the customer for not reading the pdf manual ( which i have) not following the instructions ( which i have) . Despite all this i am an optimist . when it is finally resolved. i will never have any dealling with that company again

Sorry about your luck. Ariane is not known for their customer service, unfortunately, to say the least.
