Processor Upgrade...Is it worth it?

Just looking for some advice.I am currently running FS2004 on this setup:

AMD Athlon X2 3800+ 2GHz
3 GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 4830 512mb Graphics Card

I was wondering if this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103228 would make a noticeable difference with FS2004.

Thanks! Yeah the price tag was what initially grabbed my attention, but I wanted to see how big the difference would be! Any other thoughts?
