What they fought for ...freedom!

long day, would have liked to post some old war birds. Besides work & actually attending a 65th anniversary commemoration. Canada lost over 2200 men & women today in a 24 hour period, biggest loss in history of a country that sent 1 million plus to WW2 even though our population was only 18 Million at time, we fight in hockey now....

We are free now!

We can be thankful for what those boys did in WWII,in both Europe and the Pacific.

Many country's were their today mainly UK, USA & Can on those beaches were the 3, nobody wants to fight, but it was worth it!

5am..not a problem...I'm a golfer that loves teeing off before all the hackers

Same applies...We have some pretty good Salmon fishing over here...Probably the best in the world!

Hey, I'm the guy from the big City...LOL just kidding. I am definitely due for a trip to Yukon & further on, keep posting those amazing! shots of Alaska! we'll be there soon, most likely out of a flight from Edmonton... ;-) I will be packing all my fishing gear!
