Default My Newest Aircraft Repaint (RAF MRTT)

Hello fellow flightsimmers, following CLS's release of the A330 MRTT model, i have made a new paint for their aircraft in a possible Royal Air Force livery (based on the VC-10s currently operating).

Here is a couple pics from a test flight in Guam (where i do all my test-flying)

    final takeoff checks

    Rotate!!!

    banking toward the test/training area

lowering the refueling boom (the RAF did not order MRTT's with booms though, they opted for a drogue system only, i, however could not remove the boom)

    fully extended boom

a view from a special camera mounted behind the nose wheel for this test flight

utilizing a 2048x2048 texture, im able to create minute details on the engine

already on the base leg, we lower the gear

    more to come!

the tower view of our approach

not exactly the best landing ever, but i needed to get the shot

and rollout with spoilers, and reversers at their full power

well, i hope you enjoyed the flight, there are still some quirks in the paint i need to fix though
