Welcome onboard my Friends to the next Flight of my Tour around the World, this Time we crossed the Dateline which is a really strange and confusing Thing as I departed on a Sunday Morning and arrived in the Evening of Saturday one Day before even if I flew for over 7 Hours… So now please enjoy the Pics:

#1 Watch our big 747 boarding on Narita Apron in a nice Morning Light!



#2 Boarding is finished and we begin our Taxi to Northern Runway spotting a nice Korean Special Livery!



#3 We arrive at the Runway, why does ATC always give me the shorter Runways when I’m on such a big fully loaded Plane!



#4 We leave the Ground just in Time before the rather short Runway ends, a scary Moment once again on the Tour!



#5 Time to take in the Gear and leave Narita Airport behind in the Mist!



#6 After our Departure to the West we turn around to fly eastbound!



#7 Climbing out through some Clouds over the Japanese Coast!



#8 A last look back on Japan, the last Time we see some Land for many Hours now!



#9 Leaving 4 long Contrails in the Sky as we reach our cruising Altitude!

#10 Only Water below us, the big Pacific Ocean gives us not many good Sights!



#11 At least some Clouds are with us giving a Contrast against the blue Water!



#12 Weather now turns into worse again and the Water disappears below a huge Cloud Layer!



#13 We cross the Dateline in the Afternoon flying from Sunday into Saturday!



#14 The Clouds aren’t gone yet as the Sun begins to sink down again behind us!



#15 Finally the first Hawaiian Islands come into Sight and we begin our Descent in the Evening Sun!



#16 Not much Time left for the Sun to disappear now as we move on down!



#17 Getting into the Final Approach for Runway 4R in Honolulu, Landing Lights on!



#18 On short Finals, looks like a pretty good Landing today!



#19 Touching down nicely centered on Honolulus 4R, with Nose Gear still hanging in the Air!

#20 Speedbrakes are up and Thrust Reversers engaged, slowing down our big Plane!



#21 Passing the Terminal Area on our Way to our Gate with some nice Heavies around!



#22 And we’re parked and secured in Paradise, notice the Tower saying “Aloha” to the Visitors!
