Enable gates and other things in the airport

Hi,
I have the FS2002 Standard version.How do I turn on or enable the passenger gates and other things in the airport(eg. Fuel truck,baggage truck).I need help!

You'll need to have your sceanery setting maxed out in order for those things to show up. And I might add, not every airport has these details.
