Thread: Vancouver->Victoria in a Jazz Q100 (YVR-YYJ) Real world route

  1. Default Vancouver->Victoria in a Jazz Q100 (YVR-YYJ) Real world route

Hey guys thought Id jump back into good ol' FS9 and do a hop in this Jazz Q100 from Vancouver --> Victoria. It really is a hop because its 34nm! Hope you all like them.

All the pax have boarded and the doors about to be closed

Right thats the main door shut and we get the go for push and engine start

Here we are trundling to the active

Cleared for departure and we are off

The pax are looking forward to their weekend break and we'll get em there in good time

+ve climb - Dunlops comin' up

Very nice day today, a little blustery but the folks in the back get good views

    Turning onto course for Victoria...

    Droning along in the cruise

This is such a flea-jump flight, we are already descending & turning toward the airport

ATC gives us a heading because of traffic and then they wrap us around for the ILS

Think I'll take a kayak out today, looks nice down there B)

After a nice smooth ride down the beam we are almost there :joystick:

A firm thump and we are back on the ground, reverse pitch! Thats right propellers.... do your job!

Engine stop and once its confirmed that both props have stopped rotating the door will be opened.

A buddy of mine took this just as he arrived to pick me up hee hee

    Thanks for looking!

Nice shots for an awesome plane! I can't believe somebody would fly 34NM. Are there no roads?
