FS9 - Icons won't open some panel window of some of my panels.

Just back into FS after 4 years out. I have 4 custom built panels with multiple windows; overhead, pedestal, throttles, pushback etc that worked perfectly in FS02 and I believe in my first FS09 install. After reinstalling 09 on new computer, some windows open in some panels and won't in others. Same idents used in each and same icon. I have gone through the cgf files over and over, rebuilt some in FS Panel Studio to no avail. All of my gauges work correctly. The transparent click areas are there but nothing happens when I try ot open. Any ideas? Would be happy to send one of the panels w/ gauges via email to let someone play with.

What toggle switches are you using to toggle the panels? Are they the default Simicons? Do the panel idents agree with the ident numbers for the toggle buttons in all cases? Are they XML toggles? I'd be glad to look at them if you want. PM me if you want. Best regards, Bob.
