Editvoicepack Problem

I have both Editvoicepack for FS2004 & Net Framework 1.1 installed. Hadn't made changes to the Editvoicepack program for awhile, and upon running it, had an error stating that the original files had been damaged. Re-installed the required file from CD#2 and then re-ran Editvoicepack. I have quite a few custom callsigns and had problems importing these; at first, an error message stating that the files were "out of bounds" was received, and Editvoicepack was uninstalled & reinstalled. Then, upon importing the callsigns once again, the program wouldn't permit adding them all at once, claiming there were too many files. These were imported in groupings and everything seems to be in place. Upon saving and updating Editvoicepack, absolutely none of the custom voicepacks are added. This is pretty frustrating as I used to be able to add a few new callsigns without problem - having checked the tutorial, it seems everything is being done in the appropriate order. Wondering if anyone has either had a similar problem or else knows a lot about this program - for now I'm using the old backup .evp file but would like to add the half-dozen or so new callsigns as well.

Hi,

Make sure to remove or rename ALL .gvp files in that folder, not just the main one. The only one not involved has USOS in the filename, as I remember. Then replace the file with the one on the CD, so that one and the USOS one are the ONLY .gvp files in the Sound folder. Nothing else should have the .gvp extension. Then try it.
