Type "Radeon Xpress 200 drivers" into your google search and see what you come up with. When I did, it came up with quite a few.
Without knowing your total system, there's not a whole lot of advise for increasing frame rates. On this forum, do a search using the words frames or framerates, etc and see what comes up. This is an ongoing discussion here. No frame rate is high enough in my opinion! LOL

The latest drivers can be downloaded from AMD's site.

As it is an old integrated video card, there probably isn't going to be much of a gain with newer drivers. Have you tried playing with other settings, like reducing autogen or lowering the screen resolution?

The best way would be to upgrade your video card though.
