Thread: KCHO & KRIC ILS Problem

  1. Default KCHO & KRIC ILS Problem

Could someone check their FS9 and see if they have the same problem? It seems the ILS localizers at these airports do not give distance on my setup and I am wondering if it is just me, or FS9. I figure since they are localizers they should be giving distance. The needles work fine.

    KCHO Localizer 111.7 RWY 3
    KRIC Localizer 110.7 RWY 16
    KRIC Localizer 110.9 RWY 2

I have add-on scenery loaded, but also tried unloading and it is the same result.

Thanks for the help in advance.

Not all localizers have a DME co-located. Look for a DME or VOR on the field.

For KRIC use the RIC VORTAC @ 114.1. There isn't any DME at KCHO but you could use the GVE VORTAC @ 115.6 for DME info.
