Fly Tampa TNCM vs Flight 1 IWI

In FS 2004, I've loaded Fly-Tampa TNCM scenery. I've also got Flight One West Indies Complete scenery (not loaded yet). Can I activcate one scenery and not the other, or can I have them both active at the same time?

You will need to deactivate the sections of IWI that impinge on TNCM; I believe there are instructions for doing so on the TNCM forums... Here is what I copied:

Remove or rename the following files in the \scenery\west indies\scenery folder:

AnguillaDEM_ext0.bgl
GrandCase.bgl
GrandCasem.bgl
Juliana.bgl
Julianam.bgl
Saba.bgl

Saba2002DEM_ext.bgl
Saba2002DEM_ext0.bgl
Sabam.bgl
StBarts.bgl
StBarts2002.bgl

StBartsDEM_ext.bgl
StBartsDEM_ext0.bgl
StBartsm.bgl
StMaartenFLAT1.bgl
StMarteenDEMLatest.bgl

Do NOT remove StBartsFLAT.bgl

Remove or rename the afcad files in the \addon scenery\scenery folder:
IWI1_AF2_TFFG.BGL
IWI1_AF2_TFFJ.BGL
IWI1_AF2_TNCM.BGL

I did follow those instructions and deleted those files first, but I get Saba airport in the air and two pieces of land in the sea off of St. Maarten and St. Barths Any other files you can think of or should I try putting some of those files back in ?

The only thing that comes to mind is to make sure that you have each and every update for TNCM and IWI (from the Flight1 IWI forum); according to http://www.flytampa.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2199 the list I gave should work.
