Thread: Light poles

  1. Default Light poles

    Quick question for scenery designers:

Is it possible to raise the streetlights in FS onto actual poles? Is there any scenery out there that does this? (I seem to recall a Corsica-Ajaccio airport scenery that did something of the sort, but I haven't seen anything else).

Not unless you made new models(custom scenery), I don't think so.
I fly through the valley of death, but I fear no evil, for I am at 80,000 feet and climbing. Let's powerdive and scare that poor soul in that Ultralight there.

Thanks for the clarification. I guess the framerate hit would be considerable as well...

Yup. Very considerable. The idea is that if you are flying at night you wouldn't really see the poles anyway unless you are low.
