Cannot get Panel 6 (MINIPANEL) in Mooney Bravo

In the Panel.cfg, Window05 and it's definition [Window05] are set up for the MINIPANEL.

When I press Shift + 6 I get a list of keys/panels up to Panel 5 (Window04) and it tells me that Shift + 6 isn't mapped to a panel.

How do I get it to show the MINIPANEL?

There is(if I remember right) a minicon on the main panel to switch to the minipanel, used for landing.
