    Eaglesoft Cirrus SR22!! The BEST and MOST fun!

    This is now ALL I fly! I LOVE this plane and their support is second to none!

    It is so detailed. They also give you the Cirrus SR22 Turbo and the next model up and many different liveries. PLUS, the manuals are perfect. That's my opinion anyway. I really love this plane.

    However, I didn't know about that SR, that looks great!

    Also, I was thinking about buying that new 757 that is in the Pilotshop. It looks REALLY cool.

    ok, I now narrowed down my list

    Alphasim SR71 - for something very unique
    A retractable gear cessna,
    and perhaps find a fun airliner to try IFR flights.

    However, Even in payware, there is some big gaps, for example, cannot find a Vulcan.
    The propeller is just a big fan in the front of the plane to keep the pilot cool. Want proof? Make it stop; then watch the pilot break out into a sweat.

    I recently picked up the CLS747, and if you're looking for something very flyable that isn't excessively complex, this one is hard to beat.

    If you need a full FMS, or if you like 100 step startup procedures, you'd do better with something else, but this one is a very nice balance - More complex by FAR than the default 747, yet still very manageable and enjoyable.

    And its even got Ye Olde Round Steam gauges instead of glass screens, which for me is a BIG hit, I like needles and dials.

    I'm having a lot of fun with my Flight One Cessna Mustang. Flies nice and has Garmin 1000 with WAAS for USA.

    Default What about realism?

    To be a little more specific...Which payware planes are the most realistic? I have the Level D 767 so far and I love it, regardless of how complex people think it is. But I'm tired of just flying one type of aircraft. Are there other payware planes out there as visually appealing, detailed and realistic as Level D?
    "The aircraft G-limits are only there in case there is
    another flight by that particular airplane. If subsequent flights do not appear likely, there are no G-limits."

    If you want a good VFR plane that can land anywhere, you can't beat the FSD Pilatus Porter. I used it in part of the following video. I flies great and has a great configure utility. You also get the FS2004 version with it for free.

    For the older birds so far if you want realism so real that we code it outside of the limited MSFS engine we have the accu-sim packs and aircraft.

    WOP3 Thunderbolt (Part 1 of 4);

    Boeing 377 (Pat1 of 3);

    Personally, I would hold off on paying for Alphasim aircraft, because of the amount of payware they decided to give away last year. Be a shame to buy that blackbird and find it on AVSIM in six months.

    Not likely they'll be putting their courrent catalogue up on avsim. Maybe if FS11 was still coming I'd say yes after it was released. After all, aren't the freeware alphasim aircraft for FS9 only?
