Default Cfs, cfs2, cfs3, fsx, xp pro, xp pro 64, vista 32, vista 64

    Can Vista 64 run CFS, CFS2, CFS3?
    Can XP Pro run them?
    Can Vista 32 run them?

I have XP Home on my system (an AMD Athlon 64X2 6000+
4GB of RAM installed, 3.25 showing when I check My Computer, System Properties and a Sapphire Radeon HD 4830 with a Logitech Extreme 3d Pro Joystick) runs all the above Sims very well.

    On my system now,
CFS runs at 60 Frames per Second+or-5 fps
CFS2 runs at around 60 Frames per Second+or-5 fps
CFS3 (Dont play it enough to know)
FSX Acceleration runs anywhere from 10-100 Frames per second

I was thinking about upgrading to XP Pro 64 Bit, or Vista 32 or Vista 64 Bit. I have read a few post about joysticks not working and graphics not working for CFS and CFS2 with XP Pro 64 Bit, Vista 32 and Vista 64 Bit. Can anyone give me advice or testimonials. Should I upgrade to XP Pro 32, XP Pro 64, Vista 32, or Vista 64?

CFS and CFS2 are my favorites, miss the Zone.com online play like we had in the late 90's.

Can Email me at mattmorrow7777@yahoo.com or just reply to this post.

    Thank you very much.

    Default Compatability

No matter which Windows OS you have, you can run 'X program' in (backwards) compatability mode. Right click your desktop icon, or the exe, click on properties, then click the Compatability tab, then choose OS it (CFSx, etc) says it works on (ck the System Requirements on box/manual). I run an older webcam program (Logitech) in Win's 98/Me compatability mode in XP SP2, and it works good. Just be sure you 'register' it to run in different OS compatability mode BEFORE you run the program the first time.
