Bonanza A-36

I just purchased the A36 Bonanza and get an installation error:
"Unrecoverable error -- can't find library MSVCR80.dll Crogram~1\window~4\mpshHook.dll"

Flight1 wouldn't help me -- they directed me here to the forum????

Try this....Not sure but it is a start.
I'm pretty sure some one here will have an idea if that link doesnt' help.
