I recently purchased Aerosoft's Beaver package - my first venture into floatplanes. Nice package. I found that using the same throttle/rudder sensitivity settings as for my Piper and Beech, the plane was VERY sensitive while taxiing. No reaction as I pushed the throttle forward, and then a sudden jump from about 0.2 kias to 10, 20, 30 40 and very difficult to stabilize at a nice, slow displacement taxi speed. The rudder control was also very sensitive. Before I start fiddling with my sensitivity settings, I would like to ask whether any members who are float-plane flyers can offer some comments or advice on this? I put a posting on the Aerosoft forum but didn't get a response. I have FSUIPC and could set up separate settings for the Beaver.

Thanks
Stan
