Saitek Pro Flight System Movement

Just curious, does anybody know of any approved lubrication for the Saitek Pro Flight Sytem Yoke? It seems a little resistant, although once you've broken the static coefficient of friction it seems to move alright, but could be a little slicker! I just don't want to put something on it that will gunk-up inside or cause any corrosion to the metal shaft,

If you go to the Saitek forum you will find some hardware mods (with pictures) of how to "unsticky" the yoke.

Mine was pretty sticky in the beginning too but it's alright now and i've done nothing with it but flying. i was pretty worried it would stay like that but it turned out allright

still i will also be looking at hardware mods for that :P
