Hi all, Can anyone help. How would I design a flashing beacon to put on top of buildings.

Take a look at this tutorial on the subject:

This shows how to place the default rotating beacon (which is on a tower like base) anywhere is FS2004.

If you want to have only the beacon show atop a building, that can be done by hiding the base in the building itself.
