Mixing WOAI with default AI (boats etc)..?

Does using WOAI disable ALL your other AI such as GA and boats?

If so, does anyone know if one can set the FSX config file so the GA aircraft, boats and ships appear, and the airline traffic AI runs with WOAI?

EDIT: I have since had this question answered elsewhere, thanks anyway. Apparently the boats and road traffic are unaffected.
