    Default Good Floatplane Scenery?

Hello there: I live in Kansas; not exactly floatplane heaven...Can someone recommend some good floatplane scenery to me? Don't really care where it is, as long as it's wet and there is something to look at when I land...Thanks a lot...

    Default Good Floatplane Scenery

Steve, I'd suggest any coastal areas of British Columbia or Alaska where there are fantastic mountain views and long challenging inlets as well as lakes within relatively short distances inland.

Check out this thread that was opened several weeks ago. Has the answer to your question:

The fourth post down in that thread has the link to all of the published floatpalne bases in FSX

Actually, I guess I was referring to more of a custom scenery than the MS stock scenery...Really appreciate the listing from MS though...Gives me somewhere to start...Thanks,

The 'Snow Dog Tour' scenery by Chris Carel has a bunch of very nice seaplane bases in Alaska. Search for his name in the file library here. His 'Caribbean Seaplane Tours' will give you some nice tropical bases to fly from.
