Hi Pete,
If you're using the option in GA Traffic to create AI versions of existing aircraft in your "hangar" the program will create new planes and you will see additional entries in your FS2004\Aircraft folder.
When you finish running GA Traffic and allow it to populate your world with random aircraft that meet the criteria of the program (primarily those not exceeding the maximum dimensions) it will then create a new "GA Traffic" file.
As far as I know these are the only changes made, so the generated AI aircraft can be deleted if you wish, as can the new Traffic file.
When I first started using GA Traffic I did generate some custom AI aircraft from my fleet but found that the extremely reduced textures didn't look very good, so I tend to stay with the original aircraft and live with the hit on the system. Bear in mind that many quality addons come with many large 32-bit textures and aren't really suited for AI use. Have a play and see for yourself !
Cheers,
Alastair
