Rotation beacon on first to let all round about know that the AC is about to start and taxi.
That’s all that is required, (daylight hours) however, airmanship dictates that you make yourself easy to be seen, especially around busy airports, where you can light yourself up like a Xmas tree.
The more lights the better,
Be careful with the "strobes" too close to other traffic.
Other pilots may not appreciate the distraction.(I know I don't)
Best leave them off until you line up.

Why does FS (during daylight) not uses strobes or landing lights during taxi and takeoff? That's realy not "real life"!!!
Have you tried switching them on?
how can we make the ai planes use lights in daytime ?
"switching them on"??? How is it possible to
switch on the AI planes lights???
Misunderstood, thought you were referring to FS
(Flight Simulator)AC in general.
