GoFlight GF-MCP Not Working Properly.

FS X. Windows XP. Driver - GFDEVFSX.EXE V 1.76.0.5 26 Oct. 2007. 102407SETUP.EXE 24 Oct. 2007 V 1.77
GF-MCP Advanced Autopilot has become very slow to respond to turning controls and has stopped working on a number of occasions, digital readouts not changing on turning knobs.
Could this be a Hardware fault, that has just developed, or a Software fault. It worked perfectly with previous FS (FS9).
I have asked question in GoFlight's Forum. No replies. I have sent an e-mail to Go Flight's Technical. No reply yet.
Any help please? Thank you very much,
