Help with LCD

hi, i need a little help here, i'm having troubles with my LCD monitor, recently the image started to "Jump" but nothing so bad, cable replaced, it still "jump", but today the image started 2 shift to the left side, just when displaying white background and white text everything else looks perfect. any help?

please i don't wanna lose my LCD

Go into the monitor settings and try auto focus.. Or reset all back to defaults....

Could be your video card going. Do you have any other monitor you can hook up?

video card is ok, autofocus doesn't solve the problem, reset? i don't know where to do that, anyone with a service manual or a page where i can download one?
