    I did install it on my system and flown a lot with it http://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/showth...=181021&page=2
    But lately I did uninstall everything.
    Apparently it's a great GPS, it has a better looking shape than the default GPS, but you can't do nothing more then what you would do with the GARMIN. Moreover it was hard to update it with the latest AIRAC and sometimes it took me ages to load the flight plan as the utility was not always working.
    Now i'm back to the CIVA INS which is much more interesting and professional.
    Anyway if you want to do like I did just replace the window where the default GPS is and add the lines you find on the link you posted.

    Cheers

    ok thanks...i had that before and i did not like it...

    But about the KLN

    Can you walk me threw how to put it in what folder etc...

    Thanks!

    Well, first of all you should have PT154 installed. If you can use it with it then you can use it also with the 727. Just copy the gauge line as specified in the link you posted, Mr. Denokan gives you already the co-ordinates.

    Sadly, that's what happens when people want to have lots of different options!

    Don't forget to copy than all to a safe location i.e. make a new sub-folder called originals or something obvious and copy all the original panel.cfg files there, before you start editing the originals.

    From memory, the first line in each cfg file includes some kind of description i.e. panel with side views and no vc, so you could just look through them for the one you use most and edit that one.

    One question: did you install the KLN on the panel? I mean, can you see it and can you switch it on?

    OK:
    1 - download and install TU154/B (not "M") from PT site.
    2 - choose the panel you want to modify. For example I use the 727-200 series therefore go to your Flight Simulator 9/Aircraft/Flight one 727-200/panel.
    You will see it says: [fltsim]
    alias=Flight One 727\Panel.11
    Now we know we have to work on this panel.
    3 - come back to Aircraft folder and open the "Flight one 727" folder
    4 - open "Panel.11"
    5 - cancel the original lines (back them up of course), and add the following lines:
    [Window13]
    Background_color=0,0,0
    size_mm=441,142
    window_size_ratio=1.000
    position=8
    visible=0
    ident=21
    window_size= 0.400, 0.171
    window_pos= 0.000, 0.000

    gauge00=kln90b!Kln90B, 0,0,441,142

    Of course you can install it wherever you want, I used to have it there as the default GPS was unuseful.

    Do this for now, if everything is as I told you you should now have the KLN on the panel and working.

    Next step: how to couple it to the AP.

    Cheers
