Default I was asked to throw together a video with tailslides in the hornet; here it is!

I've never made a MSFS movie before, but I do enjoy video editing. This isn't really supposed to be a well put-together video, either. I simply wanted to show some people here what was asked of me in another thread. Also, because this was thrown together, it's nowhere near my best flying. re: the sound; I didn't want to record the FSX sounds and have wierd volume levels-and I'm a rush fan. Who doesn't like Rush?

Shown is extremely slow flight, hovering, tail slides, high Alpha work, and a slow roll just for good measure.

Ok, adding Rush to the video was a superb choice. BTW, nice flying.

Truth is, sorry to say, I spent most of the 80s avoiding Rush.

On a positive note, what a terrific video. Nicely edited. A gorgeous plane as well.

I tried to pick the order by complexity. That way, the video would start simple and then get more complicated. I'm sure some people can do the slow flight/high alpha flight, but I have a few questions:

Can anyone do high alpha at 80 degrees nose up?

can anyone do the final maneuver? the one where I'm sliding straight down and I pivot 180 degrees and then recover? This is the one I'm the most proud of.

I tried to 'invent' these maneuvers to call my own, and I'm interested to see if anyone's done them before. Has anyone seen this before?

I think I did them by accident, with a DAK

I just realized how arrogant that last post could've come off. I was literally asking if anyone else does this stuff.
