I'm just doing an ATW in the stock FS2004 737 and thoroughly enjoying it!

The question is what are the the optimum cruise parameters for longest range?

I took off from my local field (!), Bournemouth UK (EGHH) and so far have been via:
Keflavik Iceland (BIKF),
Gander Newfoundland (CYQX),
JFK New York (KJFK),
Bermuda (TXKF) and
Miami (KMIA) which was a night landing.

I'm going to see if I can reach San Francisco (KSFO) from Miami in one hop with full tanks and if so go for Honolulu (PHNL) having long ago kicked all the passengers off.
