Yes Matt .... thanks for the link.

Plenty of folks still wringing out FS9 for all it's worth ... I'll never get rid of it if the current "Flight" is the best that MS can bring.

There's another major player in this video that is the IBNet platform.

IBNet is only for use with FS9 and is hands down the best connection type for any sort of close proximity flying.

The ability to see lights and smoke are great, but there's not a smoother online connection to be found today.

That was a great video. And yes, IBNet and FS9 is the way to go for close, smooth multiplayer flying.

One of the best videos of multiplayer aerobatics I've ever seen was several years ago and was made by the VFTC Aerobatics Team at the Virtual Flight Training Center in Moscow. Although it is my understanding that they disbanded a few years ago, you can still find their videos at their site. Here is the link to the video I mentioned. http://www.virtualflight.ru/files/vi...c-2004_eng.wmv.

(Note: it might be easier to right-click on the link above and choose "Save Target As..." and download the video first to your computer.)

That was an awesome video, I'm sure I've seen it on youtube before. Speaking of youtube, you gotta check this one out, it's a 4 part film made by one guy using FSX and FSRecorder to do an entire Thunderbirds airshow.

An awesome production...one of the most professional I've seen. Watched every one of those videos. Amazing what you can do with FSX, Fraps, FS-Recorder and a little creativity.
