    That would be me!!

    1. Make a back up copy or two of the original and save in a couple of different places.

    2. copy the tristar to your 777 airfile.

If you don't like it then you can always go back to what you had before!.

I totally disagree with the contention that the TriStar works better with the B777-300 air file. I would recommend you download and install vvsl1011.zip from this site. It has a very accurate air and aircraft.cfg file. Make sure you read the information carefully for installation and place the files as they suggest.

I tried taking the B777.air file, renaming it l1011.air, and
putting it in the DAL l1011 (Old Colors). Big difference now
is that SHIFT P will back it up whereas it would not before. At
present going from KABQ to KATL (apchg KLIT) and she's doing great.

IMO: Very rarely, do I dolwload an aircraft and not have to make several modifications to the aircraft. Mike Stone's L-1011, to me was a GREAT airfile, just like it came.

What specificly don't you like, or feel needs improvment? Just curios.

I think the FDE already IS the 777's...isn't it...?

    Either way, I like it...:-)
