Job Descriptions:

Webmaster:
Must work along with the Executive Managers to ensure that the VA produces a quality functional website with various features such as scheduling and payroll. Applicants applying for this position should provide a sample of their work and it need not necessarily be a VA’s website. Ideal applicants are not (though this can be waivered) acquainted with any other Virtual Airline as a webmaster.

HR Manager:
Main responsibilities of this position will assisting new pilots as well as maintaining/contributing to policy documentation. Forum management will also be a responsibility of the HR Manager. Good communication with our pilots will be necessary and contribution to management discussions tantamount.

Piarco HM:
The Hub Manager at Piarco International Airport shall be responsible for the day to day operations of Caribbean Airlines Virtual. You will be required to correspond closely with the staff and ensure the wellbeing of the company.


Focus City Managers:
Focus City Station Managers are in charge of verifying pireps, providing news about the airport’s operations, providing monthly statistics, and working along with the events coordinator to plan events.

Events Coordinator:
With the assistance of station managers you will possess the responsibility of organizing events with VATSIM, VATCAR, other virtual airlines and various third party groups. You will also be in charge of providing posters/ displays and promo vids to advertise the event.
