    Hello ... please help!

As a very keen flightsimmer since 1997 I have always wanted
to try my talents at repainting aircraft so yesterday I went
and purchased Paint Shop Pro 7. I have read the FAQ and
downloaded the repaint instructions. Over the last 2 days I
have managed to repaint the Araine Air Studios British Midland
Star Alliance 737-300 into bmibaby colours and it looks great.
However, I cannot understand how to create night textures. The
downloaded guide doesn't really help because it tells you to
download a couple of files but they no longer exist. Basically
my situation is that I have a perfectly painted aircraft in
daylight but need to know how to create the night textures.

    Please help!!!!

Ross......... With the BMP file visable that you want to add night textures to
look up in the dropdown menu at the top and click on effects, scroll down to
lighting. There you can controll the amount of darkness as well as the lights,
even the color of the lights. Just remember to save it with an LM extensoin.
    (ie: taillm.bmp). Thats it
    Play with it!

Unless it's enabled in the MDL file of the aircraft, It wont do any good to
make one. If it's already got a *lm.* texture, then It'll show. Been there an
    done that.

Yes ... I was warned about that trap in the tutorial. The aircraft does have
night lighting and you have helped very much thanks. I went into paint shop
pro 7 and found the illumination facility and am going to have a play around
with it now. Paint Shop Pro 7 is a cracking bit of kit but sometimes you need
your flightsim colleagues for a bit of help! Thanks Joe. I work for bmi british
midland and hope to do my licences this year and the bmibaby 737 I have painted
    is great. Thanks again.
