    I have downloaded several of the scenery files called "Track" files. What are
    they and what do they do? How do you install them and what is their function?

    Most likely they are for FSTraffic. This is a commercial add-on for FS98 and
    FS2000 by Lago. See here:

    If you've downloaded what I *think* you've downloaded, they are either (1)
    flight plans for AI aircraft and only work with FS2002 or (2) they are trrafic
    tracks for FSTraffic from Lago and they will work only if you have FSTraffic
    (payware).

    Didn't the doc files say anything about what they are?
