I would take a look at the panel.cfg & sound.cfg files.
Make sure that gauges and sounds used are present in CFS.
A quick way to override this potential problem is to back up the YL 15 panel &
sound cfg files and replace them with a genernic set that works from another
addon. Ones which contain alaises are probably the best because no custom
sounds & gauges are used.
