AI aircraft

i can't get addon aircraft to showup properly. i have ttools, follow the directions, but i can't get anything more than the 36 standard aircraft in pro to showup. Help!

Make sure that in the Aircraft list that the desired aircraft's title is the same as it's aircraft config file

For some strange reason, my add on aircraft will not show up until I have shut the computer down and restart. Sometimes, The add-on planes won't show up until the next day. There are some planes that have appeared with no problems. Most of my add-on planes (HJG DC-8s,FFG MD-90s and the AA737 have no landing gear.

I have had success with the Trans Global 707 from the movie airport that I got from flightsim.com but it is a frame eater, my rates dropped to 3 when I had about six of them parked at St. Louis.

My problems with new aircraft and flightplan additions not appearing were all solved by moving the original traffic.bgl to a different remote folder and renaming the bgl to bbb or something else equally dissimilar. This way, fs2k2 is forced to use the new bgl compiled instead of trying to load the old one again.
